The chest x-ray shows multiple nodular opacities in both lung fields. There is soft tissue swelling visible in the left supraclavicular area.

The patient had further investigations and was diagnosed with testicular malignancy with metastasis to the lung. Left supraclavicular soft tissue swelling was due to left supraclavicular adenopathy (Virchow’s lymph nodes).
